Chih-Ing Lim, Ph.D., is currently Senior Technical Assistance Specialist at the Frank Porter Graham Child Development Institute at The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, USA. Chih-Ing is the Co-Chair of the International Early Childhood Inclusion Institute and serves as the Co-Director of the STEM Innovation for Inclusion in Early Education Center (STEMIE), an Office of Special Education Programs (OSEP)-funded national center to ensure young children with disabilities are included in high quality and playful STEM learning. She is also the co-Director of SCRIPT-NC, where she works with community college faculty to better prepare early childhood professionals to serve children with disabilities and their families. She provides leadership on web-based professional development resources and modules, evaluation, and technical assistance, specifically in promoting positive outcomes for young children with disabilities in inclusive settings and STEM learning experiences.
