About me
Sally has been dedicated to early childhood care and education and children's mental health for over two decades, bringing a unique blend of therapeutic, behavioral, and administrative expertise to her work. With experience as a family therapist, early childhood behavior consultant, and program administrator, she integrates mental health, care, and education to help providers and systems holistically support children and families.
Sally specializes in designing and delivering professional development grounded in adult learning strategies, implementation science, and trauma-informed practices. With extensive experience coaching educators, supporting program leadership teams, and partnering with state leadership teams to strengthen systems-level cross-sector collaboration, she now serves as Director of Development and Technical Assistance. In this role, she leads partnership efforts to ensure the work is shaped by those it impacts most, centering children and families, practitioners, and communities to drive meaningful and sustainable change.
