About me
Andrea Mitchell is an Early Childhood Special Education Consultant with the Region 10 Education Service Center. During her 27 years in education, she has worked as a Bilingual Prekindergarten and kindergarten inclusion teacher, Bilingual Special Education Teacher for grades K-5, Bilingual/ESL and Migrant Services Coordinator, and has been a consultant at Region 10 for 10 years. Andrea earned her Bachelor of Arts as well as her Master’s Degree in Educational Administration at Texas A&M-Commerce.
